From a young age, Sarah was known for her deep sensitivity, creativity, and vivid imagination. As a child, she often followed her curiosity wherever it led her — sometimes getting lost in supermarkets, or losing track of time in creative pursuits, where the world would stand still, and she would be pulled into multidimensional realities... until snapped out of it, emerging surrounded by chaos.

For Sarah, connection — to creativity, to nature, to souls and the flow of life—has always felt more real and peaceful than the fast pace of this man made 'world'... some may call hustle culture or industrialist society. 

​

Life being connected to flow, creativity and nature was significantly more connected to reality for Sarah. She would often have vivid dreams of future events or warning signs to share with her loved ones and a knowing of people passing that led her to discover more... realising in 2023 not everyone experiences this. This is when her world opened up, 'Embody Your Essence' wasn't just an adventurous pass-time hobby - but a desire to assist people to feel connected again- to themselves, to life, to joy and to love... not in a spiritually 'woke culture' way- connect the core of the body to the truth and energy of self, type of way.

Sarah has always been fascinated with the Human body... how it moves, how the heart beats, how far can she push it, how it heals injuries and flesh wounds, genetics and how biology has a significant influence on health. 

​

She wasn't just fascinated with the physical body, she always had a connection to energies that exist outside of a body, or could communicate beyond it. Some may call this clairsentience or telepathy or clairvoyance or knowing or mediumship... Sarah likes to think of it as energetic mechanics and physics - something everyone has access to when they understand how to tune into that 'radio station' and lean in. This led Sarah into working as a 'psychic'/card reader from 2020 for a few years, she has since moved on from using divination tools to assist clients and works with the body, where she belonged all along.​

It was during this time working in crystal shops Sarah first heard a sound bowl play, she was instantly fascinated at how her body responded to the sounds and off she went down a 'star trail' to investigate the science and energetic mechanics of these instruments. The sounds instantly connect to energy centres of the body and work with the cells to release imbalances and bring the body back into harmony. Combining her energy work and these sound bowls was a no brainer for Sarah- this way she can do mini Power sessions with more than one person at once! These sessions each hold energetic support for greater balance and inner peace, more than just a sound bath, but an activation... a call to embodying your full self. Sarah grew to understand these skills, having a rare ability to see and feel the movement of, or lack of, energy within the body. Assisting people to connect to their unique flow of life, increasing the bodies capacity to repair physical damage, breakthrough blocked pathways- alleviating pain and discomfort and releasing emotional charge that is pulling cells out of balance and natural health. This skill led Sarah to holding one-on-one body work sessions since 2022. ​

Prior to this first session in 2022, Sarah had a premonition of spraying something over the client in their up coming session... it smelt a little like Rosemary... that was enough for Sarah to answer the 'call' and begin dabbling with Aromatherapy. This was the awakening of Embody Your Essence and the endeavour to create aromatherapy products that are essentially a personal 'energy tune up' in a bottle, for the customer to use as they please- the magic stays and the gentle ease into the changes and freedom it creates for greater health takes effect with every use. ​​Now

Now in 2025 Sarah is beginning to open up about what she sees, feels, knows and hears... this year is the first of many for documenting deeper truths, sharing stories, creating products and working with people to get in touch with the depth of power they hold and create.
