About the event
We value honouring our body by providing ourselves time to rest, be held and the space for our nervous system's to be soothed and restored to begin again.
The sounds of the crystal bowls resonate with each of our body's energy centre's, enabling the nervous system to reset, allowing our body to flush out physical patterns and responses that prevents deep rest, peacefulness and awareness of our bodies needs.
In these Sound Baths you'll tune in and out of the beautiful music the Crystal Sound Bowls create as you go on a journey of your own. Sarah will also provide a collective energetic balancing and a personal attunement your energy and body called for.
After each session you are able to spend a further 30minutes with Sarah (optional) to discuss any insights, revelations and imagery you and Sarah experienced during your time together. Please note this is a group event,…
