This sound bath creates this space for you, all you need to do is come as you are and be open to receive support.
The sounds of the crystal bowls resonate within your body, enhancing energy flow through every cell. Accessing a relaxed nervous system, inviting in peacefulness that naturally rewires the body to a greater state of co-ordination, groundness in self, calmness, relaxation and inner health.
