Supporting the embodiment of your soul, freedom within the body of patterns that have been fed with energy, that are no longer supportive of a fuller expession of wholeness of self.

Close to the end of this recording there is a 5minute space for you to breathe and let the body settle before the sound returns to close the process. 
 
Please allow an extra 5-10minutes to lay down and 'just' breath afterwards to assist the energy to settle in the body and 'complete' its process before returning to standing and continuing your day.
